Alpens is a small village situated in Osona (Barcelona) which is bordered to the north by Berguedà and to the south by Ripollès (Girona). Although the population in Alpens is only 300 inhabitants, the village has great a cultural and social life.
This house, which was completed in 2010, is newly built. It is a small house with an entrance on Call Street that overlooks three different facades, which gives great clarity and life.
The fact that the main rooms are at street level (with a basement) make this home the most original house in the village. The Main Square situated in front of the house becomes an attractive edge for the house, especially for people who like to eat or spend time on the street, reading or enjoying sightseeing.
Because of these features, this house is an ideal home for the disabled, families with children and for all those people who value being able to access a quiet village square with the same simplicity and ease of opening the bathroom door or the refrigerator in the kitchen.
This flat is a brand new house. It has 64m2 distributed in a kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a basement:
- The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge, washing machine. It is a very bright room because it has two large windows. The first is at street level, while the second is higher because it provides views of Carmen Street. This room overlooks Call Street, more particularly the small square
- A brand new and fully equipped bathroom
- A double bedroom where there is a bed which is 160 cm wide. This room overlooks Ripoll street
The house has also a basement of 24 m2 which is accessed by a wooden staircase. This room has a window overlooking the street Carmen. In this room there are two beds installed, one of them is 160 cm wide, and one of them is 90 cm wide.
The optimal capacity of the house is 3 adults, but has beds for up to 5 people.
