This modern yet classy studio has a great location - highly centralized in the hearth of the Bucharest, allow a very facile access to Bucharest nightlife, restaurants and public transportation.

Situated near the Palace of the National Military Circle and next to the Bucharest's Police Headquarter it is a supplementary assurance for guests' safety.

The room is not only comfortable and quiet, but extremely functional with an innovative lighting control double bed, air conditioning, cable, smart TV and free high speed internet access. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and functional.

The building the studio belongs to is one of the few building in the central Bucharest area that is certified as earthquake safe.

The studio is on the sixth floor and guests can use the elevator to lift up.

Once arrived guests can start to discover this lovely studio.
This recently renewed space offers guests a stylish bathroom with walk-in shower, professional hair dryer with shaver socket, fresh clean bath towels, high quality shampoo and conditioner combo and other bath essentials;
a fully equipped kitchen where you can use the built-in appliances. The bar table and stoles fit everyone comfortably into the kitchen.

You can use the laundry machine and the drying rack as well as the iron and the iron board. House cleaning essentials are also available in place.

The innovative double wall bed folds up revealing the comfortable sofa and freeing up the living area.
Feel free to open the window and use the air conditioner for your necessity in an environmentally friendly manner.

Instructions for the use of appliances are available in the house manual.

In case of any medical emergency you can use the first aid kit available in the mirrored wardrobe.

On arrival you are given a tour of the apartment, provided local recommendations and answered any questions you may have. During your stay, I like to think of you as house-mates so I respect your privacy and encourage you to make yourself at home! Should you need any help/queries during your stay I'll be on hand and happy to help!

Located just off the old city center there are a lot of sights within walking distance. Here is our guide to some of the best things to do in the city.

Visit the Palace of Parliament (15 minutes walking distance) - this must of any Bucharest visit is one of the the most impressive and controversial construction in the world. The second largest building on the planet after Pentagon has more than 1000 rooms with hand made decorations, an anti-nuclear shelter and escape tunnels from the underground. Visiting hours: daily between 10:00 and 16:00. Be sure to bring your ID card or passport.

Take a walk on Victoriei Avenue (2 minutes walking distance) - this is the best way to see the main historical and cultural attractions. It is 2.7 km long from United Nations Square (7 minutes walking distance) up to Victoriei Square. The major attractions of the avenue include the National Museum of History and CEC Palace ( 5 minutes walking distance), the Palace of the National Military Circle (just across the street), the Revolution Square with the National Art Museum, the Atheneum and the Cantacuzino Palace.

Explore the Old City Center ( 5 minutes walking distance) - most likely the first part of your Bucharest visit. It is one of the most animated areas in the city with lively streets with hundreds of bar, restaurants and clubs. Major attractions include the 19th century Manuc Inn, Curtea Veche and the old merchant streets.

Walk in Cismigiu Garden (8 minutes walking distance) - the oldest public garden in the city.

Any arrival after 10 PM will be extra charged with 40 RONs.

My studio is located on Regina Elisabeta Bvd 5 minutes walk-in from the University Square (served by Universitatii metro station). It's about 30-40 minutes from the airport (about 15 EUR if you take a TAXI).

The only access into the apartment is your key so please don't lose it!
The apartment is on the 6th floor.

Extra guests
Overnight guests who are not part of the airbnb reservation must have PERMISSION from host. Any approved additional overnight guests must pay the extra person fee outlined on our airbnb profile.

Use kitchen freely but please clean up any mess that is created, including dishes; no dirty dishes should be left in the sink.

Cleaning procedures
Although it is not necessary to do the laundry or to tidy up the room it is much appreciated.

Help us conserve energy by turning off lights, small appliances, lamps, etc. when not being used.
Please remember to LEAVE THE KEY in the mailbox No. 27 at the ground floor when you check out.
