Beautiful, comfortable decor!
Our 14th floor condo is 800 sq. ft. and has extra high ceilings, making it a very generous space! It has 1 bedroom with a king size bed, and queen size pullout sofa sleeper. There is 1 bathroom, and a full size washer and dryer. The kitchen has been renovated with new cupboards and granite countertops. It is completely stocked with dishes and cookware.

Guests have access to our unit through a keyless entry Kaba lock. You will get a unique code that is valid only during your stay. No keys at the beach!

We take great pride in our second home, and wish it be treated with care. Please leave the condo as you found it, so others may enjoy a fabulous vacation too!
No smoking inside or on the balcony. This is a condo regulation, no exceptions. There are designated smoking areas around the Phoenix 5 property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in loss of security deposit, and eviction from the condo.
At no time, shall the occupancy of the vacation rental exceed four (4) people. No renters under the age of 25. The legal renter must occupy this property during dates booked.

Renters shall be entitled to the quiet enjoyment of the rental unit. Any disturbance resulting in police action, neighborhood complaints or any violation of the rules and regulations of the Phoenix 5 complex is considered sufficient cause for immediate termination of your stay with all monies paid forfeited.
There are two (2) locked owners closets, one (1) in the hallway entry and one (1) on the balcony. These personal storage closets are for the property owners only. There will be no keys issued to our renters and we respectfully ask that you do not attempt to gain entry into the personal storage closets.
Owners attempt to properly maintain the vacation rental. The legal renter agrees to immediately notify owner of any maintenance problem, so that the situation can be remedied as soon as possible. Owner is not responsible for any inconveniences that may occur for which s/he has no control. This includes, but is not limited to: power outages, adverse weather conditions, mandatory evacuation, construction, mechanical failure such as pools, hot tubs, HVAC, appliances, television, cable TV, wifi, elevators, etc. No refunds will be given for occurrences beyond the owners control. Owners shall not be held liable for any injuries that occur to renters or their guests as a result of the acts of said renters and guests. Owner is not responsible for any theft or damage to renter's belongings during their stay at the vacation rental.
Requesting and being accepted to rent this property is construed as agreeing to these house rules. Requesting the rental serves as your signature of agreement to these terms, and as having read these terms.

We chose this property for one main reason, the beach! This beach is unparalleled in so many ways. The ultra white, ultra fine sand is beautiful. The beach area is incredibly large, you can spread out and never feel cramped. The incredible shoreline...look east, look west...nothing but glorious beach!
Our family enjoys the ocean, golf, shopping, and adventure during the day. We love a good meal and a stunning sunset in the evening. Orange Beach was the obvious choice for us. Orange Beach keeps calling us back home!
