On entering the hallway you'll find the sitting roomand adjoining dining area. It is complete with a large leather sofa, perfect for lounging on after a busy day or just watching a movie prior to bed.
At the back of the house is the kitchen with an integral oven, microwave and gas hob. This kitchen is equipped to meet the demands of any family. There is also an informal dining area. From here you have views out across the garden through the bi-folding doors. Stepping out into the garden you find yourself on the deck area - a great space to enjoy a morning coffee.
Climb the stairs and you are met with the first of four bedrooms. This room has a single bed and looks out across the garden and is finished with bright wall art. Along the corridor is the family bathroom. Finished in natural stone and with high end fixtures, the modern bathroom hosts a separate bath tub and freestanding shower.
The master bedroom, with large double bed, features a marble fireplace, plenty of storage and the familiar wooden floors that feature downstairs also. There is a large stylish foot stall at the end of the bed which conveniently folds out into a single bed and can be setup upon request. The third bedroom on this floor is a large single room, with bright furniture and natural light flooding in.
On the top level is a second double bedroom, this time featuring an en-suite shower room and plenty of storage. This would be great for another adult couple or teenager.
