This peaceful Coach House is attached to a rural Victorian/Georgian Country House. It is quiet with a beautiful balcony view towards the Brecon Beacons National Park, walled country kitchen garden and beyond. A delightful hideaway gem which has regular visitors of all kinds of different birds of prey which is fascinating to watch. Outside seating is available throughout the garden and a BBQ is provided for our guests to use. It's perfect for cyclists, walkers, couples, families and singletons
The Coach House is light, spacious (the photos do not quite capture the area) and very well decorated throughout, to give you the instant home from home feel.
It provides ample seating within the living area a flat screen tv and PlayStation for you to watch dvd's and relax or have a game or two if you fancy. Plenty of books too if you fancy a relaxing read.
The dining area seats 4 very comfortably and is beautifully decorated with a large floor to ceiling bookcase.
The single bedroom is very comfortable and perfectly decorated with a single bed and under storage, a wardrobe, chest of draws and bedside table.
The main bedroom has a king size bed which is very comfortable with under storage units and two wardrobes a chest of draws and two bed side tables and a hairdryer.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, kettle, cooker, microwave and fridge (freezer compartment) various cooking utilities and gadgets to cook the perfect meal on those cosy days/nights in.
The bathroom has a sink, mirror over, bath tub with shower over and toilet. A small unit for your essentials and a bin.
There is an iron/iron board, vacuum cleaner (should you feel the need) and sewing kit within the Coach House.

The adjoining field is accessible for you to walk through right down to the river. There are horses and at times sheep grazing in this field, please do not feed them. The field is surrounded with an electric fence, which is active! At times, fishermen will wander along the bottom of the field to access beautiful salmon and trout fishing. You can book a days fishing through us or the Wye and Usk Foundation, but you must hold a valid licence. There are 2 miles of salmon and trout fishing up and down the river Usk and Crai.

We are always here for help if you require guidance with anything. We are only next door and you can contact us via the mobile number or simply just ring the front doorbell. The main house has a fascinating history and if you are interested, please ask to look around.

We have free range chickens and fresh eggs most of the days available to purchase from us if you wish.
We have 3 small dogs on site, they are our pets, please do not feed them. They are available for cuddles if they choose.
There is also a cat on site.
None of the animals are allowed on in the Coach House.
Please use recycle bins and separate rubbish accordingly. Thank you.
This is a beautiful rural area and also our home. I would like our guests to leave the Coach House as they found it. Recycling bins are on site for your use.
