The Clarkson mansion has just been fully renovated where everything is new and high end finishes were used. This is an amazing, purpose built space for large groups to have an incredible experience. It is the nicest large house you will find for rent in Denver.
The house sleeps up to 20 within the many different areas and levels of the house. There are 5 full bathrooms that are all brand new so everyone can get ready with comfort and ease. The brand new kitchen has been built for entertaining with its open floorplan and large granite slabs.
A beautiful historic mansion, the home features 5 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms. Walking in the front door you enter the foyer with its grand staircase. This leads to an open living/ kitchen/ dinning room. The dinning room seats 10, there are three counter stools, and there is a large leather L couch in the living room. There is also a formal sitting room off the foyer. This level features a full bathroom. On the second floor there are three bedrooms. The front bedroom has a queen bed with a large porch that faces the front of the house. The side bedroom has two twin beds that each have a trundle bed. These two bedrooms share the hall bath. The back master bedroom has a king bed, a wood ceiling, a back staircase and a master bathroom. The attic level is 550 square feet consisting of a bedroom with king bed, Master bathroom, tv area with sleeper couch and a "treehouse" area with two twin beds. The basement is 600 square feet consisting of a den with tv and sleeper sofa, a bedroom with two queen beds and a full bathroom.
To recap, there are 9 individual beds, 2 trundle beds and 2 sleeper sofas. There are also inflatable air mattresses available.
The house is heated and cooled with two large 4 ton forced air units so it stays warm in the winter and cold in the summer. There is a large tankless water heater for as many showers as you need to take.
For entertainment there is a 60" 4K TV in the main room over the fireplace. There are also tvs in most all of the bedrooms. There is a whole house stereo with in wall speakers that connects with your phone.
There are plenty of outdoor options as well. The house features many porches including the large front porch, a side porch off the living room, the upstairs front porch, and the big back porch.
Everything is brand new and is of very good quality. The home has been professionally decorated and furnished with only the finest pieces.
This is a no smoking house. Smoking is allowed on any of the porches and outdoor space. No smoking or smoking smells in the house.
No parties or loud noises are allowed. Do not book if you are going to be loud outside. Thanks

There is a garage apartment above the garage that is rented long term.
There is also a parking pad next to the garage. You can smoke outside whatever you like on any of the porches and balconies. No smoking inside.
