Welcome! I’m Seb and I manage the team that created Number34Brighton with the help of our three adorable cats: Cilla, Jackie and Joan. We've lived in Brighton for more than 20 years. We love the diversity & creativity of our city and are very proud to call it home. We are frequent travelers and take culinary & creative inspiration from our trips and experiences. Both being trained chefs we love to cook and we're always busy creating something in the kitchen whether this is home made preserves, fine dining or Pintxos canapes & cocktails for some of our guests.. Just read some of our reviews which we have over 3000, 5 star... you're definitely in safe hands! We're very committed to what we do and provide a professional service that has been rewarded with 'Super Host" 5 years running and our listings have been selected for the "PLUS" program for their individual style and quality. We are vegetarians and have a big love of animals and nature so you won't find any meat on our menus...! For breakfast we use an orange press for fresh juice, single batch whole bean coffee, freshly ground in our vintage grinder, plus other home made goods like Seb's amazing preserves! We're trained in a variety of massage techniques and offer a range of treatments to our guests. We offer a tranquil environment to unwind and relax should you wish to indulge in a treatment. We work also with the rather fabulous & creative Mathew who is a Zen Buddhist Monk, he helps us to run Number34 and lives in the Green house next door, he is also massage therapists providing massage to our guests. Jenny helps with our bookings so you may also hear from her via messaging. To help us maintain our high standards, guest comfort and security we do ask all guests to confirm in writing when they book that they have read and accepted our house rules as these are important for us to continue to provide the high standards our guests expect and come accustomed to. We thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation. We have some notes around the house to help our guests find things if we're not about and to help you feel more at home. Number34Brighton also has a Green policy which you'll find details of in the house manual after booking. We source energy from renewable energy suppliers and do our best to reduce or impact on the environment. We thank all our guests for considering our planet during their stay.
