Teezeremonie mit Joy
You will arrive in silence, get settled and we will ground our energies in the space. I will play crystal singing bowls to begin our journey together. We will sit on cushions on the floor (sofa available if needed) and remain in silence while I serve the first 3 bowls of Living Tea. This is an opportunity to let the Tea integrate into the body & move the Chi. I will then welcome you to the space & check in to see how you are feeling in the moment & if you have anything you might feel called to share. As the Tea moves the energy, conversation seems to unfold effortlessly and with a flair towards more conscious topics & less day to day logistics. I will tune in & choose Oracle cards for you if this feels in concurrence with how you are feeling. You are also welcome to choose your own cards. The format flows with the moment & the sharings are free to expand as they unfold. You are welcome to stop drinking at any time, although I do encourage you to enjoy the benefits the Tea has to offer. Time tends to slip away in ceremonial space & I honor the process as it unfolds. A donation to honor the space after 1.5 hours is appreciated with no expectation. Once we feel complete with the our moment in time together, I will close the ceremony & be grateful for your presence. There is an ancient Chinese saying..."drink tea, make friends".

Picture yourself meandering through the idyllic, mountain-framed grounds of an old 1000-acre dairy farm located in the Blue Ridge Mountains. On each side you’re surrounded by some of the most stunning flora in the Eastern US, including goldenseal and spring ephemerals such as trillium, may apple, and ramps. As you make your way up and over the hills, hickory, walnuts, oaks, tulip poplars, and other mature hardwoods rise from the forest, towering high above. At the top of the ridge line you will witness stunning breathtaking views. This isn’t a fairy tale or movie scene: it’s the RTV Experience. Experience our two hour RTV Experience in a 4-passenger Polaris RZR. Your guide will take you and up to 3 others (per vehicle). The ride takes place on the Evans family farm in rural Barnardsville, NC. Lovingly referred to as “The Dairy,” the farm operated from the 1930s until 2008 and has a history almost as beguiling as the land it's on. (To boot: it used to sell milk to the famous Biltmore Estate!) Though just 25 minutes north of hip, brewery-soaked Asheville, the farm is guaranteed to transport you to a simpler, far more relaxed time.

Waldbaden in den Blue Ridge Mountains
The practice of forest bathing encourages you to slow down, relax and reconnect with nature by quieting the mind and awakening the senses. Join a certified forest therapy guide for a relaxing 2.5-hour stroll through the forest in our stunning Blue Ridge Mountains. Through a series of invitations, you’ll have the opportunity to be present in the moment, deepening your connection with nature and community, and enjoying the many gifts nature has to offer. The walk culminates in a tea ceremony with snacks. What is Forest Bathing? Forest Bathing is simply a guided walk in nature. Your guide will share mindfulness practices and invitations designed to connect you more deeply to your inner landscapes, as well as the world around you. Inspired by Shinrin-Yoku, the Japanese art of immersing oneself in a forest environment, forest bathing walks invite guests to spend time in nature in a way that invites healing for ourselves, our fraught ecosystems, and our community. It is true nature therapy! This is essentially a mindful, rejuvenating walk in the forest…no actual “bathing” required. This experience is great for groups and is a unique team-building activity. Private walks are available nearly every day! If you don't see your date and time listed, please reach out! I'd love to see you on the trail.
