“Chalk Sound National Park offer breathtaking views of the most beautiful turquoise/white colour water with the contrast of mangroves and little islands. Home to multi million dollar villa's because of these incredible views and exceptional places to swim at Sapadilla Bay & Taylor Bay Beaches. Las Brisas Restaurant sits on the Sound and is a great place to dine while taking in the views, whether of a rainbow or an incredible sunset. They also have a great pool with comfy seating by thier beach bar if you want to cool of and relax for a while. They rent kayaks and offer pontoon boat tours of the sound. ”

“Taylor Bay Beach is a bit off the beaten path. But, it is so worth it! Sunset is amazing here, and the most soft sand is here. "icing sugar" is the best way to describe the sand. ”

“Taylor Bay Beach is a hidden treasure. This beach is a bit difficult to find, but it is super private and the sand is the softest on the island, in my opinion, it feels like icing sugar on your toes. Also, sunsets are beautiful here! ”

Beach
“SAPODILLA BEACH is a beautiful shallow & calm beach, ideal for children. To get there, take the first left after turning on to Chalk Sound Drive from South Dock Road. This road is unpaved and will be found about 100 feet down Chalk Sound Drive on your left hand side. A bit further down is TAYLOR BAY BEACH, an idyllic small bay with powdery white sand and shallow warm waters. It is accessed from Ocean Point Drive, off Chalk Sound Drive. It cannot be accessed publicly from the Sunset Bay community.”

Lodging
“One day you must venture out to enjoy what Sapadila Bay & Taylor Bay Beach and area have to offer. The beach is in a shallow bay so you can walk out for 500 feet or more or just put your chair in the water to stay cool. We waterski here, throw a frisbee, drive the seadoo out along the shore all the way to Emerald Cay in Silly Creek. On the other side check out Las Brisas Restaurant & Gazebo. They also have a bar area with a pool. You are welcome to cool off in the pool and relax have some drinks or appetizer. You can also change in their washrooms. Very nice neighborhood to view the magnificent real estate and the colour changes in Chalk Sound National Park. ”
