I will take my guests on a big Local Food Tasting and Story Tour that highlights Turin’s most hidden gems. Instead of following the classic tourist trails, I will take my guests to a local Food market where they will taste a world famous Piedmontese specialty and I will tell them the special story of Turin’s food markets. We will proceed and discover a very “Royal” food at one of the four best bakeries of Turin after which we will have full breakfast and an extensive coffee tasting at the (officially) Best Coffee Bar of the whole of Piedmont. All along the way, I will help my guests to discover the hidden gems of Turin and I will take them to two very special little shops ran by two of the most passionate and creative artisans of Turin. My guests can tell me before the tour what they are most interested in a part from food, and I will adapt my tour to bring them to the special gems that will be most to their taste. Partenza da P. Carlo Felice percorrendo via Roma , P. San Carlo , P. Castello , Via Palazzo di città , P. della Consolata , Via Maria Vittoria , V. Po , P. Vittorio Veneto. Durante il percorso descritte e visitate le piazze, gli edifici storici , le chiese , i punti di interesse storico . Sempre nel tour verranno visitati circa 10 tra caffetterie storiche e cioccolaterie e verrà spiegata la storia di ognuno. Du wirst die Kunst erkunden, diese gastronomischen Schätze zu finden! - zuerst treffen wir uns in Turin und bringen dich zu unseren geheimen Orten - außerhalb der Stadt im Wald. - Wir geben dir eine Einführung in Trüffel, wo sie wachsen, Qualitäten und Regeln für die Suche nach ihnen. - Wir werden mit Hilfe unserer geliebten, talentierten Hunde Gemma und Vasco im Wald spazieren gehen und nach Trüffeln (weiß oder schwarz, je nach Jahreszeit) suchen. Du nimmst aktiv an der Trüffeljagd teil, lernst, wie du Trüffel erkennst und wie du sie ausgraben kannst - Wir essen ein Mittagessen in einer typischen italienischen Trattoria.
