Tipps für Reisende
Was einpacken?
Walking boots and waterproofs
Always go prepared for wet weather. It rains a lot in Dartmoor - and without much warning. It can be boggy on the Moor, even in warm sunny weather. Good waterproof walking boots are advised.
Buche vor der Abreise
Book meals beforehand, especially in popular pubs.
Especially during the Covid pandemic, it is advisable to book restaurants and visits out (e.g. National Trust properties, gardens)
Lokale Bräuche & Kultur
Cream Tea
A must! Available in many cafes and restaurants all around Devon and Cornwall. Spoil yourself!
