Sightseeing
If you only have one day in Copenhagen I think Christiania is the place to go. 2 tips though: Go there during the summer and take some time to roam around. I see a lot of tourists walking through 'pusher street' and leave. Christiania is so much more than that.

Nice little place to enjoy art close to the center of town if you don't want to spend an hour in a train to Louisiana or Arken. It is an old church which makes it very enjoyable. Wedensdays are free(!)

Parks & Nature
Dyrehaven is a nice place to take a walk in the forest. With deer, a royal castle and 'bakken' which is an amusement park you have the perfect place for a day trip. Take the S-train from Nørreport and you are there in a half an hour. Can especially recommend this during fall when all the leaves are colorful and falling from the trees.

This is actually four different stores but all focused on different kind of nerdy things. One for live roleplaying games, one for boardgames and collecting card games, one for danish comic books and one specific for manga and english comic books. They are all relatively close to each other and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
