It is a high end grocery store. You may find better deals at Grade A but most of the items that Fairway has to offer you don't find them in any other store. My favorite is where they have all kinds of coffee whole beans from all over the world, including the famous Jamaican Blue Mountain and the Hawaiian Kona. I usually get the French Roast which is not expensive and very good as well.

Fairway Market Stamford

Parks & Nature
It is a very beautiful spot to do sightseeing, walking, or in the summer just take your beach gear and walk 2 blocks from my house to get there. You could spend the day and use the railroad that takes you all around the park for free.

Food Scene
They have a great selection of wines and their tapas are exceptional! A bit expensive but it is worth every dollar.
