This place is in the hood and they make great beer! If you like smokehouse food the eats are pretty great as well. Closest place on this side of the highway to find a full bar as well. The Big Jim IPA is my favorite.

This place holds some interesting parts of Minneapolis history. I recommend watching the 19 minutes video on our city, taking the elevator to the top floor and checking out the stunning view of the river.

It has the most extensive collection of art in the city. And, the best part, it's all FREE.

Contemporary modern art at it's finest. Recently remodeled and updated outdoor sculpture garden. During the summer there is a quirky outdoor mini golf section that is fun with kiddos and for adult kids :) Also, hit up Esker Grove inside for excellent food.
