The Pretty Lady was the first restaurant to open in the former food desert of the Lower Bottoms around 2007 after being abandoned for many years.
A Korean couple Sun and Song brought her back to life, for they were very lovely and delightful people who figured out how to roll with the locals and serve decent affordable food. They even managed to master the art of the fist bump in shot order.
