They have lounge chairs, counters, and a great friendly staff that makes you want to just hang out there all day. They have free Wi-Fi which makes great for small meetings and getting some work done.

Talk a walk and enjoy our parks just as our locals do. Riverview Park has incredible views of the NYC skyline, a playground for children, and ModCup coffee right across from it! Grab a cup of joe and hang out in the gazebo. On Sundays the park hosts a weekly farmer's market with local vendors selling food, clothing, produce, and much more!

Dine in, take-out, or delivery this gem does it all with the best Italian cuisine. If you're a pizza lover like me, you will not be disappointed. They also have a sit down restaurant with full bar. The best part is, it is located right around the block AND has free parking!

Nightlife
We do not have many bars walking distance, however, this one is our favorite. Unlike other bars near us, they are a cocktail bar . On nicer days they have a backyard patio and the staff never disappoints.
