They have everything, within reason.
Prices are the best in town - that's why "Trader" Joe's has its name! ;)

It's a bit further than Earth Fare, but the prices are much better.
(Nothing beats Trader Joe's, of course).

Ok, ok... so Ward's may be the only other probable equal of Trader Joe's, in terms of best grocery store in town.
Ward's is truly the only authentic *local* grocery store with everything that Whole Foods, Earth Fare, Luckys, and (last, but never least) Trader Joe's offers.
Their prices are VERY good for the quality they offer.
My partner and I are both fans.
