Fantastic atmosphere and great food... enjoy a drink on the floating dock area at sunset before dinner... it’s a must. NOTE The Eddy is a seasonal restaurant closes Jan 1. through March 20th. Also of note, they serve a fantastic brunch during the fall months with a to-die-for bloody mary bar :)

Great bar scene, great food with a view. Outdoor dining patios... part of the Newport Restaurant Group of fantastic dining experiences. Try the grapefruit martini.

I always stop here for a sandwich on the way to the beach and whatever daily salad special they have.

Quaint, comfortable, local family-style restaurant with a nice menu and prices to match. Close-by... take out pizza too if you like the brick oven style... but for pizza and subs I like to go to A-1 Pizza in Little Compton ;)

The Red Dory is a casual fine-dining restaurant located in the Stone Bridge village of Tiverton, Rhode Island, overlooking the Sakonnet River. A local favorite, I love this quaint little greek-owned eatery. Great swimming and walking beach, get there early during summer months. Walk the dog after 4 pm, plenty parking by then.

Sightseeing
I put this under the Food Scene too... but it's just a great place to stop and see... and go right across the street to Young's farm too... they have the most beautiful flowers on top of their own fresh farm veggies. Young's is famous for their peaches in season. Enjoy!

It's hard to say who has a better harvest... Walkers or Youngs... I always hit both. Youngs is a different experience than Walkers... Karla is so sweet and welcoming. Enjoy the beautiful flowers and produce... and when in season, they are famous for their peaches (OMG). Check it out.
