South 1st runs parallel to South Congress and has more of a local eclectic vibe. While there is still lots of development taking place, you'll find more artisan shops, local restaurants, and funky art along the few blocks between Gibson St. and Live Oak.

Verkehrsmittel

Uber, Lyft, and Scooters are everywhere!

We often find that travelers take electric scooters when getting around from the residential neighborhoods to South Congress, South 1st, and downtown. Traffic can get sticky in the later hours and the scooters prove to be fairly efficient! Other than that, there are Uber and Lyft drivers everywhere that should be available if you don't have a car.
