Favorite Breweries & Distilleries
These are some of my favorite local Breweries and distilleries in town.
This place was featured on Diners, Drive Ins, & Dives. It has some amazing sliders on the menu like the Venison and Goat Cheese and the Tofu Banh Mi Sliders. Oh yeah, there beer is great too. Don't forget to try their flagship brew the Bluewing.

Flyway Brewing

This place has large shareable tables and huge TVs. They offer fun seasonal beers. The Forest Queen Milk Stout is my favorite. They also have a brunch menu with beer and food pairings.

This brewery has a log cabin feel to it. I guess it's for the "bear" in Diamond Bear Brewing. The seating area is large and on nice days, they open the entire wall to the outdoor seating area for a nice breeze while beer tasting. They have a take on a Bloody Mary they make with one of their hefeweizen brews that is super tasty.

They have a take on a Bloody Mary they make with one of their hefeweizen brews that is super tasty.
Rocktown has a great tour. It is chock full of great information and has a tasting at the end. Don't forget to try the Bourbon Cream. It is delicious. The distillery has a bar for tastings without the tour as well. They have a full menu of cocktails made with their many different types of liquors.
They have some snacks to purchase while you taste, but nothing cooked. Stop in for a taste before dinner at one of the many restaurants within walking distance of the distillery.

Rock Town Distillery
1201 Main StRocktown has a great tour. It is chock full of great information and has a tasting at the end. Don't forget to try the Bourbon Cream. It is delicious. The distillery has a bar for tastings without the tour as well. They have a full menu of cocktails made with their many different types of liquors.
They have some snacks to purchase while you taste, but nothing cooked. Stop in for a taste before dinner at one of the many restaurants within walking distance of the distillery.

Neighborhoods
These are a few of my favorite neighborhoods in the Little rock Area. I am biased towards Midtown and Downtown because that is also where I live. There are great neighborhoods in West Little rock, I just do not frequent them much.
Hillcrest features beautiful turn-of-the-century homes and cottages, with wonderful restaurants and shops. Stroll along Kavanaugh Blvd. between Walnut and Spruce streets. Visit our quirky shops like Haus Work and Abbi’s Teas and Things.

RADUNO serves Neapolitan-style pizza served in a casual setting and featuring a full bar with 20 beers on tap. This place also changes their menu seasonally. You can't go wrong with a fried egg on your pizza. Try it.

The full bar serves signature cocktails, imported beers, microbrews, and wine. All Night Happy Hour every Monday! I know it's not German, but the Lasagna is a must try.

No Alcohol Sales on Sundays
There is no beer, wine, or alcohol sales on Sundays in Arkansas. You can order these items at a restaurant or bar. However, you cannot purchase them at the grocery store or liquor store. All of the local breweries will sell you six packs or growlers on Sunday. Plan wisely.
