Just as you might imagine, The Village is a unique and picturesque part of the city...perfect for your Instagram shot or a quiet walk to the cafe. The streets, sidewalks and small homes are fashioned from brick creating a look and feel from another time.

Central and just north of the city, the Short North is the place to be day and night if you like activity. High Street is lined with restaurants, bars, art studios and unique shops.

Downtown Columbus has a variety of unique stop for a first time visitor to the city. The Scioto Mile - downtown riverfront is a beautiful escape to nature right in the city. COSI- our superb science museum sits just west of downtown on the river, don’t miss it. CoMA - The Columbus Museum of Art is a small and excellent art museum; right around the corner is the campus of the Columbus College of Art and Design. The Ohio State House right in the middle of downtown is also open most of the year with a free historical museum on the basement level.

Thee Ohio State University is Columbus, Ohio I’m so many ways. You cannot separate the university from our city and be sure to keep quiet about that team up north (M). OSU campus is full of great architecture, sports history and beautiful green spaces. The campus is walkable, but if you plan on going from one end to the other consider renting a bike or a scooter.
