This is located just 3 minutes down the road. One of the largest preserves in Florida. See the mangrove ecosystem at its best. Nice boardwalk with trails to take you out to the oceans edge and then take you back into the thick of it. Lots of wildlife opportunities. You can also rent kayaks there too.

This is a great place to go to see the Manatee in their natural surroundings. Not a large park but you can rent a kayak and paddle with the Manatee's. Best to get their in the early morning as it can get busy.
