Try the pickled tomato appetizer! Yum! Pizza is always a favorite especially when paired with the fabulous Cesar salad. But really, everything is delicious! We love sitting at the chefs bar watching the food choices.

Right in our neighborhood you can enjoy the weather on the river by renting a kayak or canoe. In warm weather it’s fun to rent a tube or bring your own to drift through a series of 7 medium rapids.

A few steps across the street from us is a switchback trail to the rivers edge. The almost 3 mile trail is used by walkers, runners and joggers and loops around the pond, over the dam, on a wooden boardwalk past the rowing club and along a woodland trail. It all follows the water’s edge. It’s a beautiful walk and easy to do!

Be sure to walk through the archways into the historic quadrangle. It’s an architectural old world beauty! Don’t miss going inside the law library- the original room is straight out of Hogwarts! The addition underground with glass skylights doesn’t disrupt the historic ambience.

Great classic movie house showing great films, home to the film festival and art films. Just across the street from Ann Arbor’s iconic mural of famous figures. More films at the nearby State Theater is also great, recently updated in original Art Deco style.
