Juno Beach Park

Amazing nature to explore! You can walk , bike,kayak, and paddle board here. $5.00per car is very inexpensive for what is there. Call ahead to see if there is any entertainment or events going on as they have an amphitheater there as well. You can stay around the park and walk the trails or walk the long bridge out to the coast for a very private experience on the beach. Check their website for rentals and events and any new activities offered.

John D. MacArthur Beach State Park
10900 Jack Nicklaus DrAmazing nature to explore! You can walk , bike,kayak, and paddle board here. $5.00per car is very inexpensive for what is there. Call ahead to see if there is any entertainment or events going on as they have an amphitheater there as well. You can stay around the park and walk the trails or walk the long bridge out to the coast for a very private experience on the beach. Check their website for rentals and events and any new activities offered.
It is part of the birding trail you see behind the house. If you go up the street and park at the park you can take a nice walk through the woods and see a beautiful pond and lots of nature. I recommend it because it’s close and easy and at a level that everyone can enjoy including the kids! It’s something to do that doesn’t require a lot of time. Spend as much or as little as you want and it’s free.
Frenchman's Forest Natural Area

Also, there’s lots of local waterfront restaurants nearby to make a day of it.

I like to go here after touring the Jupiter lighthouse for lunch or dinner. Then go for a Educational and fun pontoon boat tours Located just in front of the restaurant. Again I really like how centrally located everything is here.

Walking and biking trails as well as canoeing or kayaking the Loxahatchee River. On site is Jupiter outdoor Center where you can rent bicycles,kayaks and canoes. No worries they take you to the boat ramp and set you up for your adventure.
Or pack a picnic and make a day of it. Go to picnic loop plenty of Indian tiki huts and picnic tables to sit under. As well as grills just bring your Coals with you If you plan to cook. It’s also a great place to go freshwater fishing .you can fish right near your picnic site. I’ve been out there and seen lots of nature including deer, owls, ospreys, hawks, Blue herons to name a few. It’s a definite a must visit in my book

16450 SE Federal HwyAt the other end of the Loxahatchee river from Riverbend is Jonathan Dickinson park. They offer boat tours of the Loxahatchee as well as kayak and canoe rentals. They also have a tall viewing deck to go up for sunsets which are amazing! I do this often myself.. You can bring a bicycle or just walk all of the various paths Available. Check for pricing before you go.
