Lovely village 20mins from cottage. Nice circular walk alongside the river good for families. See Gelerts grave and learn the tale. Childrens packs available from national trust shop. Great ice cream shop and café/pubs. Cycle hire shop (Bedgellert bike) and trail from the car park. Also cycling in Bedgellert forest.
