She is widely known for her cake slices made with cheesecake right in the middle. My personal favorite is the blue velvet, but she also offers red velvet, strawberry crunch, oreo, carrot cake and seasonal specials. What sets her apart from other places that offer cake with cheesecake is she has a layer of gram cracker crust right inside, which adds to the dimensions of texture and flavor of the cake. The icing is perfect! Not too sweet. The cake is moist. The cheesecake is decadent, and that gram cracker layer offers a crunch and savory profile. She also sells beignets, mini bundt cakes and cheesecake slices! Please be sure to check this gem out!
