Not a typical BBQ dive. Beautiful and historic space and my personal favorite KC BBQ. They don't take reservations, but the atmosphere and the bar help any wait time fly by.

Not just for History buffs. The Liberty Memorial is directly South of Union Station. Highly recommend taking them in together. If just for an hour-walk through Union Station and up the hill and to the Memorial.
