Super fun local spot. Walking distance from condo. Yummy bar food like tatchos (tater tot nachos). Fine to bring kids if it’s early but it’s definitely a bar vibe.

Crystal Lake Trail is a 3.1 out and back trail located near Mammoth Lakes, California that features a lake and is rated as moderate. The trail is primarily used for hiking, nature trips, and fishing and is best used from June until November. Dogs are also able to use this trail. 833 elevation gain. It's a littel steep but not horrible.

Lk George RoadCrystal Lake Trail is a 3.1 out and back trail located near Mammoth Lakes, California that features a lake and is rated as moderate. The trail is primarily used for hiking, nature trips, and fishing and is best used from June until November. Dogs are also able to use this trail. 833 elevation gain. Just up the road from our condo is the Lakes Basin. Several lakes you can drive to, park and walk around. Or walk across to the Village and take the free shuttle up and explore. Twin Lakes, Lake Mary, Lake George. Beautiful and VERY scenic. Road closed during the Winter but you could walk up to Lake Mary on the groomed snowy road.
