Everyday they serve a hot meal. Tuesday is Senior Day so it could get a bit busy at lunch time especially. Tuesday is Turkey dinner day though, and it's highly recommended. They are closed on Saturdays, open the rest of the week including Sundays.

There are a few Safeway's in the area, this is one of the closest to our house and my preferred choice of shopping for everyday meals and food.

Just gorgeous and a fun destination. Nature trails and picturesque sights. There is a restaurant lodge and gift shop as well. I love going. Packing a lunch can be fun too.

The Pearson Air Museum is free. There are special events at the fort throughout the year as well. I highly recommend checking this out if you want to discover one of the most historical sites in Vancouver, WA. A beautiful park too.

Just a short distance from us, walking distance, down the road. Klineline park is a beautiful place to spend some time. A lovely pond that is open for swimming in the summertime, and many places to choose from for a picnic. Located at the East end of Salmon Creek park walking path. Where the path begins/ends.
