They’re amazing and give tours of their factory! If you don’t have time you can still stop in and eat all the samples (and buy some if you want). It’s pretty darn delish!

My favorite fine dining location in the city. Amazing asian-inspired food, in a great downtown location. Vegan and vegetarian friendly too! Perfect spot to eat if you have theater plans or just want to walk to the waterfront and ride the Ferris Wheel afterwards!

My favorite place for brunch. The food is healthy (yet amazingly delicious!) vegetarian garb, and the ambiance, especially in the atrium. A beautiful fountain and gorgeous trees adorn the center of the room. Brunch is the best, but I've never had a dinner I didn't like. Anytime of day, it's a heavenly escape!

Some of the BEST Chinese food in Seattle! Maple Leaf is KNOWN for Snappy Dragon and people all across the Seattle area drive to eat here! Its bomb so don’t leave without going.

Parks & Nature
It’s one of the best parks in Seattle with beautiful views all around the 3 mile loop. There’s a café on the east side of the lake where you can rent pedal boats, water bikes, row boats, and stand up paddle boards. It’s also surrounded by great cafes, restaurants, and gorgeous houses.

This is as close as North Seattle gets to a real beach. There are fire pits, volley ball nets, and of course the beach. Definitely the best spot to watch the sun set over the Olympic Mountains.

Owned by the UW, the Arboretum is a massive park stretching 230 acres. It’s a great way to feel like you’ve entered a secluded forest without leaving the city. The gardens are absolutely stunning in the spring and early summer.

It IS super touristy but you shouldn’t skip it. It’s worth fighting the crowds. I highly recommend eating at Pike Place Chowder, looking at (but not buying anything at) the original Starbucks – the line is always ridiculous and it’s the same menu you’ll find at any other Starbucks. If you’re at Pike Place in the morning don’t miss getting a crumpet at the Crumpet Shop. SO yummy! If you’re into gross things, check out the gum wall, and if you’re into beautiful water/mountain views, relax at the Pike Place Urban Garden. Most of the locals don’t even know about this little haven on top of the market. To get there, enter the market from the corner of Pike St. and Pike Place. Head left past the Pike Place Fish towards the Maximilien restaurant. There’s a hallway on the left that leads to the rooftop through grey double doors. It’s a wonderful place to take in the beauty of Puget Sound.
