Urko restaurant, use ingredients from our country, they gather them from different farming communities around all the regions of Ecuador. They cook ecuadorian food, using the flavors and elements that have been with us along our history, been part of our lives and they show them in a contemporary way that reflect the essence and origin of their products. Urko restaurant did research about our ancestral cultures and the diets used in the past, they adapted these products to modern cooking techniques.

Amazing restaurant featuring Ecuadorian ingredients, with a modern twist. Although very casual, food quality is amazing. Reservations are probably required.

Order two small dishes per person in the casual downstairs ‘barra’, or book a spot upstairs to sample the tasting menu.
