This café used to be an old fire station, and is a cool place with lovely ice cream, coffee and also fantastic coffee milkshakes in the summertime.

This popular Norwegian coffee shop (1km/11min. walk) is located in an old fire and police station from 1866. Many people say that Kaffebrenneriet offers Oslo's best coffee. Take away coffee, sandwiches and cookies available.
