My personal favorite. Movie theater, plenty of restaurants with all kinds of food, amusement park, Cafe: One of Kaohsiung's biggest shopping mall right next to Xiaogang airport, Kaohisung. (KFF) At night the vibe is really romantic, which is a good place for dates.

Taroko Park is brand new; it just opened last year. It has the biggest go-kart track in Southern Taiwan, laser tag, 5 VR games, etc. Then Taroko Mall next door also has an excellent food court. 11:00-22:00 (Fri-Sat 11:00-22:30).
