Hoppy Trout Brewing Co. was built by a couple passionate about craft beer. Thomas (Owner/ Master Brewer) spent three years practicing his recipes every weekend. His wife Kristin (Owner/Sales) insisted the mounting kegs of beer be shared at last. Our beer is featured with Artisan brick oven pizzas. The dough is made fresh every morning, and we offer bold and unique recipes!

Best stone oven pizza and very interesting beer. Craft beer made my owner. Located in nearby town of Andrews, another historic town.
