It is true that there are still some clandestine sites, some restaurants less spoken (or that want to be less spoken), others poorly publicized, but secret-secrets, in the internet era, admitted, there are few. This Il Covo, informal upstairs restaurant in Madragoa, falls into the category of "non-secrets, but little publicized". And it's worth it.
