About a 45 minute drive. Easy for parking and no narrow lanes to access. Recommend you head to left side of the beach towards Downderry for a peaceful spot and best for rock pooling at low tide. Spacious sandy beach, perfect for sand castles, some beautiful pink flat pebbles at the top of the shoreline. RNLI lifeguards are present at this beach and the waters have calm currents.

The Cafe serves take away food and drink in the downstairs area with a liscened bar and has a restuarant serving fabulous food in the upper area - all the tables have a sea view! there is an ice cream and snack van outside too, highly recommend for a day or evening out. 18 miles away from The Sidings and The Signal Box on the South Coast.

Seaton is 4 miles away from our camp, it has a choice for refreshments including a pub and 2 cafes - able to park close by in council car parks but it does get busy! When tide is out, you can walk to Downderry along the sand.
