Ein muss! Sehr schöne Stadt mit vielen kleine Läden, Restaurants und Bars. Eine Burg zu vor dem Erreichen man 1000 Stufen gehen muss. (Die Anfahrt ist aber auch mit dem Auto möglich). Der Hafen lädt ein zum Verweilen.

a day trip to beautiful town of Nafplio, 134km drive from Camelia Pireas. Magnificent view of the old Town from Palamidi castle. Taste the ice cream or enjoy a meal, on the ord town Square, or down the harbour

That this historic town was saved from following the fate of modern-day Athens, is due to the fact that Nafplio only served as the capital of the nascent Greek State for 4 short years. This is not just a most elegant town, it is a place where the monuments left behind by subsequent eras and different civilizations co-exist in remarkable harmony
