Authentic New Orleans cooking done the way it was hundreds of years ago. Our guests have most often chosen this as their most memorable meal. Although the best gumbo is at someones grandmothers house, you won't get too mad at the Gumbo Shop's stab at it :) Best gumbo in the city! Great on a rainy day.
