You can't Visit Copenhagen without stumbling on the tongue twister 'Smørrebrød'. It refers to kind of an open-faced sandwich with some of the best bread in the world as the bottom, which you then top with layers of yum! There are plenty of restaurants to choose from, but you just can't miss Selma for the modernized version of Danish smørrebrød.
