Beautiful trail system in the National Lakeshore, mostly flat, winding through hardwoods on the shore of Lake Michigan. A favorite for trail running or longer hikes. Also accesses the White Pine backcountry campground.

Perfect for a quick hike, fishing off the lake dock, or cross country skiing. The lake used to host a summer camp and is still a nice place to kayak and swim.
