Lovely place for cheap "healthy" breakfasts, lunches and afternoon coffee. The service is very smiley and it's a nice place to sit outside.

$$ Balcarce corner of Estados Unidos Great breakfasts, sandwiches, coffee and smoothies. It’s best on Sundays, to have a break while exploring the Sunday market, and to relax at the tables they put out on the sunny street. Open until 20:00
