Central Station is about 10 mins walk, entrance in Queens Street. Trains to Exmouth on the coast. Also trains to Paignton and Torquay sea side resorts.

Exeter is the county town of Devon and boasts wonderful shopping experiences, from the old fashioned flower lined lanes of really quaint shops, to modern arcdes with all of the big multinational stores present.

The area around the cathedral is surrounded by lovely buildings and old streets. Parts of the old roman wall can easily be seen near the cathedral and in Rougement garden park.
