3-Minute walk (cross the road opposite Faliros restaurant) Kohili beach also known to locals as Asprokremmos beach and also called Fireman's (or M.M.A.D) lies in a stunning cove and you are guaranteed to have a comfortable and relaxing day here. The sandy beach lies at the foot of a cliff which, together with the headlands at both of its ends, protect it from even the strongest winds. On the right-hand side of the beach, beautiful white layers of limestone rocks(hence the name "aspro-kremmos" meaning "white cliff" in greek) give a light and cool contrast to the rocky coastline on the left-hand side, which is fun to explore both above and under the sea. The beach is very popular with locals on the weekends and visitors renting villas around the Kapparis area, it can get quite crowded in the summer. The sea deepens quickly but then becomes shallow again resulting in a large swimming area of crystal clear blue water bliss. Asprokremmos beach is a Blue Flag certified beach and has about fifty pairs of sunbeds and umbrellas on its sandy shore. There are toilets located at the top if the cliff and a kiosk serves snacks and drinks.
