Kolache and coffee shop. If you're not familiar, these are huge in Texas. They are a Czech pastry and there are 2 types: savory and sweet. Savory is filled with meat and the sweet have a cheese or fruit filling.

Right around the corner, run by a wonderful couple formerly of Austin. Great coffee drinks, and they specialize in very yummy, home-made vietnamese-style stuffed morning buns. Oomph, good stuff.
