You get half price entry if you arrive by public transport. You can get there from Grange via train in about 15 minutes; it's only two stops away and then less than a give minute walk at the other end.

Protected Wetland for bird and wildlife. Walkways and reed beds, hides and viewing tower, cafe and shop. Relaxing but fun family activities. Also part disabled friendly.
