The newest mall around town. Stores are located in a village like set up, with a sprawling parking lot in between. Mildly walkable, and a decent movie theater. Lots of stores, and a few fun places to eat (ShakeShack, Flip Burger, California Pizza Kitchen, Zoes).
The Summit, which opened in October 1997, is a 1 million square foot upscale lifestyle center located at the intersection of U.S. Highway 280 and Interstate 459 in Birmingham, Alabama, United States.
