Probably Denton's best kept secret! AMAZING sushi. Must have reservations as the place only holds about 15 people. Ask for a seat at the bar. Closed on Monday's. Cost: $$$

High-end sushi. Must have a reservation. This hole-in-the-wall restaurant is one of DFW's hidden gems. The entire restaurant seats only 14 people, and the best thing to do is just tell Chef K to make you whatever he wants. Warning: this is not a cheap restaurant, and once you try one of his dishes, you'll want to try at least 3 more!

If you love sushi.. DO NOT MISS this place!! Please CALL ahead as they rarely have walk-in availability. We visit Keiichi at least once a month and have for the last few years. Mr. Keiichi was formally trained in Japan and prepares your meal in front of you. This is serious SUSHI.. so be prepared to pay for the QUALITY you receive. We recommend: Tasmanian Sea Trout, Ahi w/ guac, Squid w/ Himalayan sea salt... heck.. ALL of it is 'out of this world'!

The best sushi around. Must have reservation. Closed early part of the week. Sweet scallop is amazing. He is also a classically trained Italian chef, so if he offers an Italian dish for the night, Get That!!! You wont be disappointed.
