Grab some takeaway from Cafe Relish on the way and do the walk up Bangalley Head for great views in all directions.

Bangalley Headland walk A rugged climb to the highest point on Sydney's northern coastline will reward your effort with spectacular views over Pittwater and the Ocean. Best access point is located next to 97 Marine Parade and it finishes 83 Whale Beach Road, Avalon. (out and back walk) Also good spot for a picnic and the rocky outcrops overlooking the ocean.

Beautiful look out points. Medium accent of hill. Need to be careful near the edges! A relatively hard walk, 45 leisurely minutes return on a loop track. The headland is the highest point on Sydney's northern coastline, and offers spectacular views south to Sydney and north to Broken Bay and the central coast. Bangalley Head is one of the largest bushland reserves on Pittwater's coastline. This large size together with the great variety of native plants, makes the reserve an ideal home for an abundant variety of native wildlife. Getting there: Corner of North Avalon Rd and Marine Pd AVALON. You will see a path with signage heading towards the beach.
