By far one of the best fine dining experiences in the area. This gem is located away from everything in it's own little zone and boasts an amazing menu that changes seasonally. Highly recommended but it is also one of the pricier places to eat around.

Stunning property, amazing staff and excellent food- not in the mood for a formal dinner, sit downstairs in the pub. There’s live music on Thursday nights.

There is nothing more quaint and more quintessential Vermont than Edson Hill. This is the Inn from the movie Four Seasons. It is SOOOOO LOVELY. I like to eat downstairs in the bar for a more cozy, unique après ski experience.

Their pub in the basement is super cozy and is nice to get a cocktail in.
