Alright, I am a HUGE fan of vaniilla mille-feuilles, and probably tested 50 bakery in Paris. These are the best, and by far. Super pricy (~6€), but they're made on-demand (expect 10min wait) and they simply taste absolutely amazing. Just go there.

(in the neighborhood) My favorite pastry in Montmartre. Try the Kouglof, and eat it on a bench, under the trees, place Emile Goudeau nearby. Voilà une pâtisserie tout à fait formidable. Nous vous recommandons le kougloff qui a reçu un premier prix dans sa catégorie à égalité avec celui de Pierre Hermé.
